NOTE: 2009 SGPL APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN
SPRING 2009.
A complete application for this grant program includes the following items:
1. Applicant
Information and Project Summary Form, an online
application submission,
2. Completion of the forms
contained in the Sabbatical Grants for Pastoral
Leadership Application Packet, a fill-in PDF file.Save it to your
computer, and complete it at your leisure.
If you are unable to download the file, please
request a paper copy of the application.
The 2008 downloadable application allows you to type directly into the forms.
Please print these pages and mail them in with the supporting application materials.
Please submit one copy of these materials,
except for the Applicant Information and Project Summary Form (if submitted online) and the letter of
recommendation, using paper clips, without the use of
staples and mail to the office of the Louisville
Institute by the appropriate deadline. The letter of recommendation should be
sent by the writer directly to the Louisville Institute
by the application postmark deadline of August 31.
